Once we receive the print-out confirmation form together with the copy of your identification document, we will send you a voucher upon payment, via e-mail and fax. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the front office. You are requested to transfer full amount rental via our account 3 days in advance. ...Please noted that there is no room guarantee for walk-in guest.
Cancellation: no refund for any cancellation.
